2010 promises to be a fantastic year for visiting southern Africa, with the World Cup coming to South Africa, and Bike and Saddle launching two new multi-day Eco-Active Journeys, guaranteed to bring you the best of the southern tip of Africa. Our Mantis Bicycle Safari takes you on a 11day trail through the region’s flagship wildlife reserves and in an exclusive partnership, brings you up close to not only the animals, but the people behind the scenes. Our 10 day multi-sport journey in-and-around Cape Town, focuses on the exclusive Last Word collection of properties and the dramatic beauty of Cape Town and surrounds together with the exquisite hospitality and luxurious comforts.

In addition, we are working on two very special journeys to be announced in May this year, which will bring you a fantastic 12day hiking experience on our region’s own Appalachian Trail – The Rim of Africa – and a 2nd Mantis Trail, which will take you from Cape Town to the Kruger National Park and onwards the world’s best gorilla sanctuaries located in Rwanda, East Africa, before ending a superb active holiday in the Indian Ocean islands of the Seychelles.
