This Victorian homestead dates back about a hundred years and is adorned with polished wooden floors and original African artwork. There are eight en-suite bedrooms, each one promising the utmost in comfort and convenience with a private patio, internet access, telephone and LCD flat-screens (with Satellite TV).
 
The courtyard is resplendent with the smell of citrus and olive trees, not to mention great views of Table Mountain, while the lush garden is serene and secluded, with a crystal clear swimming pool to boot. Enjoy a buffet breakfast in the elegant dining room and help yourself to a drink from the well stocked Courtesy Bar.
 
Mediterranean Villa boasts an enviable address, within walking distance of the ever popular Kloof and Long Streets with their eclectic collection of bars, restaurants and cafes. The mountain is literally within touching distance and over the rise lie the beautiful beaches alongside the Atlantic  Ocean, while the Cableway, Victoria & Alfred Waterfront and the Convention Centre are all just a short drive away.
