Schedule - Day 1

Friday:

We meet at 8am at the V&A Waterfront, Marina Residential Quarter Deck for a briefing and cappuccinos. We introduce you to ourselves and your equipment for the duration of the tour.

Shortly hereafter we transfer to Somerset West and the Vergelegen Wine Estate to kick-off our tour with a bang! We'll be visiting the wine estate's grounds, the Cape Dutch homestead and library and receive an expert talk from our in-house Conservation Consultant. Hereafter wine tasting and a sumptuous meal at the Terrace Restaurant.

After lunch, we set off for the Cape Dutch Estate of Morgenster, following a leisurely bike ride over open ground, where once again we'll be tasting the wines. We have afternoon tea planned, a short walk following the tasting, and just before the day’s end, we treat you to our signature Olive Oil Tasting experience.

For those who still have energy left, a leisurely bike ride to work off all the tasting, before we head on home to our 5 Star lodgings and for the night's entertainment. Dinner served under the stars at 8pm.
